Everything seemed excellent to me, very good attention, in fact on the day of check out they gave us the possibility of leaving our suitcases in the lobby while we went for our last tour of New York and a few steps from the subway, the neighborhood was very quiet and without No problem, we were 11 people with 5 children and everyone was very happy, we threatened to return in the summer hahahahaha

The service provided was beyond amazing! We booked several rooms as a group, and they were helpful with all arrangements and accommodations adding beds, etc. as required. Rates were reasonable, better than other options in the area. Thank you!

Great location near trains and Eyre Square. Very large rooms and bathrooms. Good restaurant and helpful staff. We would stay here again.

My wife and I spent three nights (Friday till Monday) at the Park House Hotel and had a fabulous time! The suite was impeccably clean. The beds were very comfortable. We had a great kitchenette and were provided with a hot plate and hot water urn for Shabbat. The breakfast (served Sunday to Friday) was fresh, tasty and it included a nice variety of options. The staff were warm, friendly and incredibly helpful in all ways including providing local knowledge (eg. where to buy good ready-cooked food for Shabbat). If I have reason to be back in the Brooklyn area I'd love to return back to this homely, lovely and well-run hotel.

I have 3 words about my stay at the Park House Hotel in Brooklyn – comfortable, courteous and convenient. The room was clean and spacious – it’s not a luxury hotel, but I didn’t expect one for the price that I was paying. The staff was friendly and courteous throughout my stay, and they gave some great recommendations for local attractions. The location was just what I needed – near food and shopping, and also close to public transportation so that I can easily get to other places around the city.

When I stayed at the Park House Hotel I had one of the best experiences I've had in any hotel. The staff were very friendly & made sure my stay was magnificent. The room & bathroom were very clean and had lots of room to move around. From the minute I walked in, to the minute I checked out, I was a happy camper. Thank you to all the caring staff who made that possible.

Best ever hotel breakfast-Paid or free. Breakfast-suitable salads. Three types eggs numerous types olives besides normal breakfast fare. And kosher!

My family & I spent a night in Brooklyn at the Park House Hotel, and we would gladly return! It was lovely. First of all, the location is stellar - it is a block away from the D train, which we used to take our 11 year old to Coney Island for his first trip to NY the night we stayed. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely, full of families enjoying life. There is a store right next to the train stop that is open 24/7 and sells food to order, snacks, and drinks. There are vending machines in the hotel as well. Our room was clean and had everything we needed, including a full kitchen with fridge, freezer, sink, coffee pot, etc, & there was a table with chairs for us to eat at. The hotel staff was available at all times and ready to help with anything we needed. In the morning, there was a full and quite delicious breakfast spread! We had pancakes with chocolate syrup, potatoes, juice, bagels, and something made with cheese that I don't know the name of, but it was so good! A 5 star breakfast, we all agreed. Now, before we got to Brooklyn the day we checked in, we had taken my stepson to NYC for his first time. He is a big Nintendo fan, so we visited the Nintendo Store by Times Square & he was allowed to choose something to buy. He chose a plush toy chest that is from a game he plays, & he was so excited to take it home. Except... when we got back to Philadelphia, we learned he'd left the toy behind in the hotel room! I emailed the hotel in the off chance that they'd find it. Not only did Judy email me back immediately, they found the toy & mailed it back to us! It was truly such a kind gesture & meant a lot to our family. My stepson was so relieved to hear that it had been found, he said thankyou for returning it! Thankyou all so much for hosting my family for a wonderful stay.

We recently stayed at the Park House Hotel for Shabbos and really enjoyed our stay. The suite was spacious and clean - including the bathroom (which looked like it was recently updated). Judy and the maintenance staff were very helpful. We asked them where to go to get food for Shabbos and let us have the boxes delivered to the hotel even though we weren’t there to accept the delivery. The maintenance staff came to our room numerous times to help us with questions about the hot plate they lent us and questions about how to use the shower. They even delivered a tablecloth for Shabbos for us to use without us asking for it. The hotel is in a great location. There are many many shuls in the area and one avenue block away from great shopping. What suite lacked in hotel “pizazzaz” they made up in great service and general cleanliness.

Reception was easy and convenient, room was clean and comfortable, ANDY the service manager was very helpful efficient.Clean spacious suite ,comfortable beds,and ample cupboards for clothes etc.. The bathrooms need updating, though there were plenty decent quality towels. Breakfast less generous than it used to be, but perfectly adequate.
